Beautiful Casita On the Cerritos Beach

Enjoy a this 1 bedroom 2 bathroom casita that is fully equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The home has a master bedroom with a queen sized bed and a large living room with a full bed to sleep 4 comfortably.

The open kitchen has a gas stove & full sized refrigerator. There are 2 large bathrooms -the master is indoor/outdoor and has an oversized tub and double sinks. And the large patio has a full outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas cooktop/grill, sink, and a pizza oven.

From the patio spiral stairs lead up to your private roof top deck that is perfect for sunsets and watching the moon come over the Desert Mountains. The home sits in the Villa de Cerritos community and has a pool, hot tub, laundry service, restaurant, cleaning service and 24 hour security. All within a short 5 minute walk to the beach.

Hidden away along the Baja California coast, with its sandy beaches and stunning turquoise waters, lies the magical Playa Los Cerritos. Perfect Paradise
The casita was a perfect fit for our family of three. Perfectly located within 1/2 mile of grocery stores, coffee, restaurants, and the beach! The residents we met were friendly and had great recommendations for tourist activities to do (and avoid). Kris, the owner, also very responsive to any questions. The office staff is super friendly and replaced the propane and water jugs immediately when we asked. The condo is as pictured. Beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and a bonus that others before us left a blender, toaster, nice assortment of non-perishable seasoning, oils, and spices, and even a cooler for the beach. I'd check in and see what goodies were left before going to the store. We loved the private rooftop mornings for reading and coffee. The pool/hot tub/restaurant area are close to the condo, but everyone seemed to honor the Cabo Midnight (10:00 pm) quiet rule. It's a family friendly place, though mostly adults so it was pretty quiet by 9:00 PM. My husband was able to take an hour long video call for work and had no problems with reception or wi-fi. Expect average american prices, $4 lattes, $25 pizzas, $14 salads, etc. But, ALL the food was fantastic and worth it! 2 beach chairs w/umbrella about $20/day, Surf boards $20, boogie board $10, beach massage $40-$60. The best beach cocktail $4-$6!!! We'd love to come back and stay a month or so! The location is absolutely perfect for a long or short-term stay.

Wonderful accommodation and location
This was the first time my husband and I stayed here and we look forward to going back. The home had everything we needed, was in a great location, and the neighbors were all quiet / respectful. The home was very clean and the decor was lovely. When we had a minor problem with the coffee maker, the host and front desk were both very responsive and helpful, replacing it right away. The ten minute walk to the beach was easy and lovely. The pool was very close, clean, and quiet. The local cafes and restaurants were a wonderful resource that we enjoyed all week. I highly recommend this place to others and hope to stay here again on our next visit.

Adorable and Close to the Beach!
Very cute and comfy! Two bathrooms is a bonus and our stay as friends was easy with the private bedroom. The beach is east walking distance and the on-site restaurant, pool and hot tub were very enjoyable! We loved it.

Perfectly located near beach, restaurants, sports bar and walks around the neighbourhood. Also, conveniently located on the property to pool, hot tub and parking. Courtyard and rooftop patio were wonderful as additional living spaaces. And, as you opened the doors to the unit it smelled amazing. And it did all week. How do you do that?! Had everything you needed to set up as a home for a week. Kris (owner) was responsive to emails and always had an answer to questions, ideas for activities. or place for groceries. As Arnie would say, "I'll be back."

Everything we needed
We loved our time at this Casita! It was close to the beach so we were able to enjoy our morning walks. We also enjoyed time at the pool and making and eating breakfast on the enclosed porch. One night we laid on top of the roof and watched the beautiful sky. We even saw Venus! We plan on returning next year. One suggestion would be to include beach chairs and an umbrella. We had to rent them each day which got a little expensive.

Expensive for what it is.
This place is expensive for what it is, because VRBO charges a lot of fees. The condominium needs a microwave an new pots and pans, the bed in the master room is very hard, however the other bed is comfortable, the place is cute and clean in general.

Lovely Classic Cerritos
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kris’s place in Villa de Cerritos. The villa was well appointed and the pool was beautiful. We enjoyed our mornings in the garden /patio area with pretty bougainvillea and a palm tree. We woud highly recommend!

Delightful stay
We loved this casa. We have stayed in Villas De Cerritos several times at different rentals and enjoyed the large space and location of this villa. Plenty of room and different spots to hang out. We loved the rooftop and enjoyed morning meditations and workouts w a view. We had some complications with the showers, not able to find a steady balance of hot and cold but we managed and also couldn’t get the AC to work bit with the fans on and open windows it wasn’t unpleasant at all. We will definitely stay again.

Cerritos home away from home!
What a wonderful vacation property! We headed to Mexico to celebrate our daughter's 30th b-day where she requested a low key ocean vacation. This is a great place to spend with family or friends. You can spend your day lounging by the pool or surfing at the beach. There's some nice local hiking spots and Todos Santos is only a 10 minute drive away, if you're looking for more "urban" action. We were able to book a trip from todos Santos swimming with the whale sharks that was quite an unique experience and then enjoy the music festival with over 23 bands. The owners are super responsive and the place has everything you will need. We will definitely return!

Return trip to a great surf beach
Great 1BR 2 Bath casita with large outdoor patio and rooftop patio for amazing sunsets. Bought local fish directly off panga fisherman at Punta Lobos and grilled them on our patio. Mountain biked with Over The Edge sports. Then enjoyed pool and hot tub on property! Oh yeah, Napoli pizza and Italian restaurant on property is excellent. Condo has everything you need and owners are great. Loved this VRBO stay!

Beach Delight
This was the perfect spot for my family which included my daughter and 2 year old grandson. Every day was a perfect beach day just a 5 minute walk away, ending with drinks and pizza on the porch. Every one was so friendly and helpful.

Nice casita near Cerritos
We had a short, but nice, stay at Casa 10. Convenient location within walking distance to La Playa de Cerritos. Boogie boards and umbrellas provided by the owner were super useful. Just small issues with the hot water in the master bath shower. Let the owner know and they’ve figured it out. Maintenance staff at the villa are quick to respond. Make sure you ask for water refills upon arrival. That seems to be left to the visitor to keep up with. We hauled our own to the casa from the front office. Overall a nice and comfortable stay. If we had stayed longer we might have tried the wood fired pizza oven! Thanks Kris for sharing your cozy spot by the ocean. Suzanne and crew

Everything was perfect! The location, the apartment itself, and everything that came with it. The surrounding community is incredibly friendly, and the beach was breathtaking. Convenient and Cozy Casita
We loved this Casita, it has just what we needed for our stay in Cerritos. The pool and hot tub are steps away, and the beach walking distance. It has a comfortable living space, patio, and rooftop patio with plenty of bedding, towels and supplies. We used the outdoor kitchen and dining space which was fun, but mostly ate out. The staff and locals are very helpful and friendly. Kris was very responsive and we appreciate the information she provided for us, we had never been to the area.

Ant infestation!
Unfortunately we can’t recommend renting this unit as we had a difficult time during our two week stay. There was an ant infestation in the house: ants everywhere all over the kitchen countertops, and your food etc. The management sprayed a couple of times but it didn’t do any good. Also it was difficult to prepare food in the unit as the stove top took about 45 minutes to boil water and the oven didn’t work. There was no microwave and the grill on the patio Took over half an hour to heat up and never really got very hot . We ended up leaving a day early from our two week stay because it was so difficult to make food. There was minimal glassware provided only disposable plastic cups. Also no mixing bowls just small cereal bowls. Since there are not a lot of restaurants in the area it was pretty important to be able to prepare your food in the unit. Showers drained poorly or not at all and one of the toilets didn’t flush well. The owners need to spend a bit more effort to have functioning infrastructure. On the plus side The unit itself was fine and the rooftop patio was lovely to see the sunset from. Cerritos beach is beautiful but there are other good rentals in the area that might provide better value.

Just what we needed
Two adults and two little ones stayed comfortably for almost a week at this peaceful and simple Casita in Cerritos Beach. The walk to the water is only minutes away and you're surrounded by great little eateries all around Cerritos and more up the road in Todas Sontos. Safe & quiet ++
