Overall, our stay at the Radisson Hotel and Convention Center was pleasant. Staff were friendly, the amenities were nice, and the rooms were clean. Our biggest issues were the very noisy air conditioning unit within the room that would wake you up when it came on. To avoid this you had to set the temperature fairly high so it wouldn't come on, but this made the room very warm. In addition, the area around the hotel is quite bleak - an industrial park area with nowhere pleasant to walk. Really wish there some things to walk to/from around the hotel.

The staff at the front desk were so nice, my appointment cancelled and I went to the hotel at noon and they let me check in early. That was super nice of them, thank you! Very quiet and clean room as well.

Stained bedding, dirty carpets. I can live with that. The AC unit doesn't work and is horribly loud. There are no fans and the windows don't open so the airflow is nonexistent. I couldn't sleep because it was so hot and stuffy in the room. In all the countries I've visited and dodgy hotels I've stayed in, this was the worst one by far.
