“The hotel’s lobby was hard to find? But, there was road construction in front which caused us to turn into the parking lot. We entered through the Convention Lobby and didn’t know where to go. Better signage is needed to direct people to the lobby area. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will stay here again. ”

“Staff was great, helpful in a situation that was put upon myself and they clarified it. Very helpful. Room, bed, shower and everything was good. The restaurant had great food also, with a friendly exchanges. ”

“Dining options were great; the location for our purposes was very convenient. Though a bit louder due to traffic and trains, it was very comfortable and had no trouble sleeping. One elevator was broken during our stay on a busy weekend and we didn’t have time to sit and wait in Ricki’s for a breakfast that was included with our stay. We prefer a buffet breakfast for busy mornings. ”

“The check in was a nightmare because the computers were down. There. We’re 50 people trying to check in. The staff was incredible and dealt with it pleasantly and as well as they could have. They gave free cookies to people in line while they tried to get everything back up. It turned out to be a great experience even with the long wait. Great job staff”
