“It was the most relaxing and peaceful time we have had in a long time. There are beautiful marsh views. The tidal creek and marsh are full with wildlife. We enjoyed the stars. House was equipped with everything we needed. Communications with owner were stellar. Tracie was prompt and personable. We really enjoyed our stay. Note: Plan a sunset at nearby Pine Landing.”

Also, whenever your big group has both full bathrooms in use, it's great to have the half-bath as a third option. All 3 baths are accessible from the hallway. “I loved the sun room and the screened in area under the house overlooking the pond. Great views. I didn’t realize it was a duplex but no one was in the other side. There were lots of games and puzzles in the house. Tv is in the living room and the kids room with bunk beds, not in the rooms with the queen beds. I love that every bedroom has a bathroom. Mattress and pillows could have been more comfortable but they weren’t terrible. Kitchen was pretty well stocked but the knife block was empty and……
