Great Stay Clean House
We stayed at the house for a week and enjoyed our time there. The house was very clean. The walk in shower was particularly nice to have as one guest had mobility challenges. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Additional seating in the living room would have been nice, but that in no way detracted from the enjoyment of the house. Great stay!

Thank you Liz for a fantastic time full of great memories! To start the home was beautiful and had all the amenities that we needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for a stay in dinner. The location is perfect and only a 10 minute drive to the beach. Liz was the best and we had the opportunity to meet her in person. Would definitely return to this property!!

This is our 5th year coming to Daytona/ NSB for the race. The house was very clean, we even got a bonus with ice cream treats the Liz got us. Pool was clean and was great for the Florida hot afternoons. Definitely will stay here again.

The best rental HOME
This was hands down the best rental home I've stayed in! Beds & pillows were so comfy, the couch was super comfy and luxury, the kitchen was more stocked than my kitchen at home! Even the toilet paper was nice! Everything was decorated so cute and welcoming, it really felt like a home. The pool with equipment was great (lounge chairs, towels, floats!). On top of all of that, Liz was the sweetest person who was very communicative and texted us to check in and see if we needed anything. I would rate 100 stars if I could.

There were 7 ofvus 4 adults. 3 children. Placecis very clean, beautifull beach decor, and very convenient to stores,beaches, etc. Landlady is terrific and redponds quickly to any quextions. Would definotely recommend for a family get a way.

Short drive to a good time
While this property is not beachfront, it is worth the short drive to get there. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Near groceries and gas, and a quick 15 min drive down to New Symerna to cute touristy shops and the beach! Our kiddos loved the private pool too. Overall, very good experience, and will rent again if we come back to the ocean side for vacation !

We had a great time! The house was the perfect size and the host had everything we could need and more inside! Pleasantly surprised, because the house is much more spacious in person than the pictures. Everyone loved having the pool. Would definitely recommend and consider booking again in the future! It was the perfect home away from home!

Peace and quiet
A quiet neighborhood. Very little noise can be heard throughout the day and night whether inside or outside the home. It was clean inside and outside. Landscaping was nicely decorated on the front of house. The pool was clean along with the surrounding area. Everything was in good working condition.. There were toiletries extras for the bathroom and kitchen areas. The ambient temperature inside the home was comfortable at all times of the day. The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house as to the extra bedrooms which adds to extra privacy. The interior and exterior decorations were tastefully done. All appliances were in good working condition. Everything at the residence was easy to operate and or use at all times of the stay. The drive to the beach is 20-25 minutes. The grocery store is very close which was so convenient. A very affordable price for a relaxing family vacation. The owner was very responsive to any questions throughout the stay and very kind. Our family made very good memories together at this location.

Beachy Vibes!
This house was such a gem! Everything was decorated on a beach & nautical theme [LOVE], all the rooms very clean, and the house was well stocked. My family had a home away from home while vacationing in the New Smyrna Beach area and enjoyed the pool from morning to night!! The host was readily available to help and friendly, easy to check in and out, and we had no problems during our stay. We would definitely come back and stay again.
