"I cannot recommend Han's houseboat enough. We spent a delightful week and it was a real WOW experience. After long days exploring Amsterdam, the cool breeze off the water and gentle rocking of the boat was remarkably relaxing. Many of the major tourist sites are within walking distance. "Cozy and comfy houseboat with everything you need. The owner was very accommodating and maintained communication to you ensure we enjoyed our stay. We arrived on a Thursday and our first night was relaxing. However, party goers from Friday night lead to a 2am awakening to yelling and screaming on Saturday morning. We would still return here next time we're in Amsterdam."

"I stayed with 2 of my friends in this cute little boat. We had an amazing time where it was walking distance from the centre. Although there is no running water the host was very friendly and accomodate for us and always made sure we had what we needed. Definitely recommend if you want to stay on an affordable boat in the canals of Amsterdam!!"

"Wonderful experience. Martyn was very hospitable. The location is quiet and across from the zoo. Waking up to elephants and zebras was incredible. We enjoyed a nice hit tea on top of the boat in the mornings while we watched boaters and swimmers come by. We truly enjoyed this property and it’s fully stocked kitchen supplies. "

"The houseboat meets or exceeds expectations from photos and descriptions. It is very well appointed with great amenities and in a great location. Robertino, the host, is very communicative and welcoming, and also a great source for recommendations in the area. The property handled the situation horribly and weeks later hasnt replied to my multiple emails or even refunded what I paid for my stay. I arrived at the property after driving for 13 hours due to a closed highway in Amsterdam. The listing does not provide a code for the car gate, so I had to tail-gate someone into the property. "Nice and quiet hotel. Room was nice and clean. Staff were helpful. We were able to check in early. The shower room was very open so it got all wet after one person took a shower. Also, hotel does not offer paper towel and paper tissues in the room. "
