"Our family of 4 stayed at this house for a short getaway to ride the trails around Newberry. The location has easy access to the trails by sled, as well as a gas station. Being in town, restaurants and grocery stores are nearby and available. The way the driveway is situated makes it easy to pull your trailer in for loading and unloading your equipment. "The one-room cabin was overall wonderful. The view of the Trout Lake is beautiful, and the cabin is centrally located for any destination you want to get to. The host was polite, and answered every question or concern we had almost immediately. The little heater in the bathroom was a big plus. Towels and blankets were plentiful and the entire cabin was cleaned with some cooking utensils which made making dinner easy. Overall amazing stay!"

"We took our Grand Kids to see some of my wife's heritage and snow. It didn't snow late December. The dogsledding adventure turned into dogs pulling an atv. It was still fun. We substituted tubing to see the nearby parks with waterfalls and a pully barge over a springs. Ice skating in the Sault Ste.Marie was a Great time. The Movie Theater was very Nostalgic. The Village of Newberry is a very Nice place."
