“Don't expect the Ritz, but for a "beach house" it's on point. As the listing states, it's right on the water (bay of the ocean). The tide does go way out for several hours a day leaving just sand, but many seem to like to walk out there especially with their dogs. Appliances could use replacing, but they worked just fine. The furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but you also didn't need to stress over the dog which I find more important. We didn't spend much time sitting in front of the tv……

“Top Deck was a perfect unit for my wife and dog. It was spacious the deck/ kitchen/ loving area all had a great view of the water. The grounds are well maintained, dock access and on site canoe/ kayaking is a great added amenity. Location is perfect to explore all of the cape. Communication was excellent quick response, and clear instructions. Early check in was offered, price was right, a definite rebook easy!”

“Great deck, simple furnishings. A/C has a remote & works well. Deck is very nice & peaceful place to hang out. When you get there the key boxes are under the deck/not intuitively near the door. Lower key box does not open so we had one set of keys the entire time. (we didn't care but can be inconvenient). Kitchen has no basics, like oil, spices etc. Just something to note. There is NO pantry designated. Lots of glass ware, cups, & plates, frying pans, stovetop stuff but no cooking sheets……

House was very neat and clean, good size for the two of us and our pups. Lots of little extras, such as coffee, snacks, nice linens, etc that made us feel welcome and at home.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Home was immaculate, beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was so beautiful, hot tub was great for after run soaks or starlight wind downs. We grilled, loved the well stocked kitchen, had glorious family meals inside and out. Four bedrooms, two which had en suite baths, with a shared bath for the kids room and third queen bedroom was so convenient for our extended family group. And the linens and towels included was a great bonus since many Cape houses……
