The hotel and staff were great and the room was modern, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was a wonderful spread with many options. The only negative is that the rooms air conditioning only seemed to heat. I could have changed rooms easily but chose to open the window instead.

I arrived the hotel to stay for my business trip! The reception was unfriendly at all! The room had absolutely nothing from any regular room amenities! Room was cold, and when I asked the reception how to make it warmer, he arrogantly began stating about the German system and energy saving!

Convenient location, clean & modern. The pillows were awful, very soft & had to fold it over to make any kind of support. No bedside tables, just a cargo net pocket in the bed head, trendy rather than useful.The breakfast was good & staff were friendly.

They tried to please but, the rooms are tiny with no furniture - not even a chair. Although hotel is almost brand new - the air conditioning was not working and they weren't able to repair it.

1st visit to Germany
Professional, comfy bed with good linen, friendly, helpful, clean, good breakfast - really great that the restaurant is just downstairs for evenings. Great walking distance from 2 stations, and the tram. Easy walk into town. TV channels are limited, nothing in English apart from the news. Would suggest an explanation of the heating/aircon system - and that glasses in rooms are replaced when been used, and put a side table next to the bed.
