"We often have trouble finding places with enough bed space when traveling, not here, sore than enough room, all in comfortable beds. All TV’s and appliance clean and working, including BbQ grill on patio. The property is about 10 mins. from Durango and shopping, but we found that a plus. Quiet property on ranch land and we watched deer grazing in the pastures around us while we enjoyed the hot tub. Game room is a plus especially with teens along. We would definitely stay again."

"Our family had an amazing time at this property! The home can be best described as having a modern, cabin feel. The home is clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The property is breathtaking! Our two young boys had a blast exploring all that nature had to offer. Our daily sightings of deer made the stay all the more endearing. Highly recommend!"

"The A frame is a really good size and fit 4 of us easily. Nice touches throughout and 2 great decks. Secluded and peaceful but just minutes to Durango. We had good communication with the hosts and would definitely return!"

"We loved being hidden in the trees. The cabin is cute and cozy but reevaluate we spent a good amount of time just in the trees. It’s at the top of the neighborhood If you walk further up the mountain you just get deeper into the trees. Hosts were responsive and gave good advice, we had a 4 cylinder car so we probably would have gotten stuck if a storm had hit so that might be something to keep in mind in the winter. And it’s about 30 min to get to downtown Durango but it’s a beautiful drive and...

"The cabin has view of the lake through trees from the porch and and dining area window. I loved the sound of lapping water on the shore and heard geese. The cabin had what we needed, and I did not mind washing dishes by hand. The decor was cozy and quaint befitting a cabin. My husband did not like the uneven floor but I was not bothered. The bed was very comfortable, very hot water from tap, and nice aray of cooking utensils. One does need to walk down stone and dirt steps to reach wooden steps...

"A little gem very close to Purgatory Mtn. Perfect for our college reunion. True log cabin felt like home. New hot tub was a plus after long days of skiing. Only knock, the coffee pot could use upgrading (add a Keurig) and some new pots and pans would be helpful. Would definitely return."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was nice and clean and had all the amenities that were promised. We brought all our own food and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The cabin and rooms were very spacious. It’s a beautiful, peaceful, very quiet setting. Although there are several neighbors quite close, we never heard anything from any of them.
