“We just wanted a short vacation getaway. It was great. We rented a boat and spent our time in the water. Great time with friends.”

“The location of this property was ideal for everything we wanted to do (activities from Tavernier all the way down to Key West). Check in was seamless and, while there was never a need to contact the property manager, the communication from them was clear and timely. The pool, landscaping, and overall neighborhood were all lovely. Very resort-like. That said, we did take note of several maintenance issues. The kitchen chairs were wobbly (and some of the hardware was later found in a fake……

“The place was very clean and very comfortable. The location was great and we had a wonderful stay. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to cook a meal or two.”

“We were celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday. There were 17 people in our group. Adults and children. Something for everyone to do. We enjoyed relaxing at the property by the pools, fishing from the dock, kayaking and paddle boarding. We went scuba diving with better than most scuba, deep sea fishing on the tail walker. We hired chef Heather for several dinners. It was an amazing trip.”

“Loved the property and had a great time but the luxury in the listing was not there. The biggest issue being the pergola in the pictures was gone and replaced with a single umbrella. The string lights in the backyard were broken and the majority of items were powered by extension cords laying on the ground, many with tripped breakers. The pool/hot tub was unable to be controlled and we needed to text someone whenever we wanted a change. The outdoor cinema experience was a projector in a box that……

“If you are a boater this house is perfect you have a very spacious dock that is shared with one other boat. The canal is deep and clear with tons of marine life. House very well laid out, our friends said the beds were hard in the other bedrooms but the king size was very comfortable. I have been in love with duck key since I was a girl and am so thrilled we have found such a great place to return time and again. Loved hearing both of my kids excitedly telling the other family that joined us how……

“Great find a little north of where we usually stay in Marathon. Loved its cozy, efficient, canal location. My husband and I along with my daughter and her fiancé slept comfortably, but could have easily slept 2 more people in the bunk beds in second bedroom. The canal had plenty of turn around space for us to get out and in. I would stay again.”

“Our group of 4 seniors stayed while enjoying some great snorkeling. We rented a boat from the Fish n Fun business on the island. It was very reasonable and a lot of fun.”

“Very nice townhouse. We had five people for 3 nights and it worked out very well. Great patio and plunge pool. Very clean. Duck Key is a beautiful island, 2 restaurants at Hawks Cay and if you want the townhouse has all the essentials for cooking at home. Just beware the closest supermarket is in Marathon to the south or Islamist to the north both about 20 minutes drive. Would definitely come back.”
