- Riesenbaustelle neben dem Hotel und direkt am Strand, die u.a. sehr laut waren
- Gebuchte Zimmerkategorie wurde nicht bereit gestellt
- Tour Agent nur schwierig bzw. via WhatsApp erreichbar
- Sehr nette Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin, aber auch unfreundliche Mitarbeiter
- Nur 1x täglich Shuttle zur Nakheel Mall. Weitere Shuttles werden nicht angeboten
- Wenig Geschirr und Besteck

We had a great stay at Windham and thoroughly enjoyed our spacious one bedroom apartment. The resort, pool and beach area are clean, well organized and activities are available like boating and boarding and more. The restaurants offerings were good but room service food was definitely to be improved.
The housekeeping staff who took care of our room were wonderful and very helpful with all our requests. We will definitely be back to Windham as soon as possible! Thank you to all the staff!

The hotel is beautiful, clean, safe, the rooms are huge, there's even a washing machine, I've never stayed in a hotel so beautiful with such a large room
