The food we struggled with. But maybe we are fussy as it was a 4 star. But there were only really 2 restaurants. a pool type lunch spot and a buffet. We were told we could use the Japanese restaurant at check in but when we tried to book there was no space and also it was not included in half board. for the kids on the half board lunch menu they only liked the fish fingers and there was only so many times they could eat the same meal (they ate this 5 times!) service there was very good, main meals were ok but even i got sick of the same dishes and desserts as there were not many options to choose from. the buffet in the evening was awful. but the chefs again helped and made us something custom. we only ate there once. breakfast was great. close to the theme parks which is why we stayed there and actually a really nice resort all in all aside from the food. in future i wouldn't do half board, i would only do breakfast and i would eat at Riverland village instead. very close to an outlet mall which was fab spa was ok very good price wise but a little concerning when myself and my daughter (9yrs old) went for a massage they didn't ask us to fill out any forms. but again you get what you pay for maybe? all in all we were happy we went and happy with the price with all theme parks included etc. really good service for the most part everyone tried their best

A happy weekend
The first time to be here. We booked a night here for the water park and the firework. It was an amazing night here. Staff are helpful and friendly. Just the check in time is a bit long. The rest is excellent. A great place for kids.

Upon arrival the receptionist didnt want to help us even though we were alone as she was saying she is busy now so we need to wait So we waited 30 min until we went to the room The room didnt have any amenities like no shampoo , no soap , no towels like really empty,and when we talked to them they said yeah becuase of corona which doesnt make any sense They told us that there is a golf car that will come every 10 mins inorder to transport from the room building to the other areas in the hotel but that was a lie , the weather is very hot and humid and the car actually comes every hour if u r lucky and if we start walking and we find a golf car to pick us they dont stop for us becuase we walked and didnt wait It was really disappointment they didnt care, we complained and the manager tried to help by giving free lunch or dinner but really not worth it. Am not comming here again

The restaurant Hiki was great and very underrated I wish it was showcased more. my issues were with the park access rules , I’ve stayed before and was granted multiple access to the parks during each day but this stay I was only allowed one entry which means if I enter one park and leave to go back to the hotel I can’t access it again. Which is a shame I have an infant with me and we booked 2 night stay to go back and forth during the day to the hotel room to get changed or rest a bit. The one entry was just like if you are spending the day at the park and not a hotel stay. The whole point was to go to the park multiple times a day . Also they limit which park you can go to ! So if you enter legoland day 1 you can enter motion gate until the next day! If you have multiple age groups with you this is a negative! The teens want motion gate and the young children want Legoland . Also legoland closes at 6 so if you want to enter Bollywood or motion gate after that you can’t do that. Because you only get one park entry and one time only. So if you are booking the hotel stay so you can have multiple entry to the parks don’t do it just come spend the day in the park because you won’t be able to come and go as you please.

This is a great hotel. Family oriented. Excellent customer service and cleanliness. Theme parks for the entire family to enjoy. The only issue is that it is far from the city so you spend money on taxi transportation to and from the city especially if you want to enjoy evening activities in the city

Laputa has declined significantly over the last year. The simplest request like ordering drinks or vacating the room are met with absolute incompetent. Range and quality of food has also reduced.
