“I can't say enough about our stay. They literally though of everything possible that one could need plus some. As soon as you walk in, it just feels like home. Kathie left fresh Pumpkin muffins on the table for us upon arrival. The property in itself is breathtaking. We spent hours on the porch off of the living room. We were lucky enough to get a little storm during our stay so we got to enjoy the storm on the porch and watch as the lightening and fireflies lit up the night. It was a magical……

One suggestion, maybe i overlooked it but state that cell phone connectivity is low due to area. If you have a wifi code you should include it in welcome letter as when you get there the service is very low to non existing.”

“This house is situated in a gorgeous riverfront setting with a large deck that wraps around 2 sides of the house. Having 5 bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect for our large group coming for the VT Graduation. **please note - this rental doesn’t include sheets or towels so come prepared. The listing did not state this (VRBOs fault, not the owner) so we had a last minute scramble but the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating and got us squared away. “Mr. Hunter's cottage is a lovely cottage from a by-gone era. Located in the mountains of Giles county, VA, this cottage is comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The cottage is furnished with pieces that could have been there when it was built. The cottage has a beautiful porch, a great place for morning coffee.
