I want to give a special thanks to Carina. She helped me change my reservation prior to arriving at the resort. She just so happened to be working at the check-in desk when we arrived and she remembered speaking to me over the phone earlier in the week. Then, when we returned to our room in the evening, she had sent us a sweet note and an awesome gift basket full of all kinds of snacks and goodies. It was very much appreciated! This was our second time staying at The Breakers and we will definitely be back!"
