"This is an absolute hidden gem. But truly hidden. The doorway is hidden - surrounded by very unappealing store fronts and office buildings. But it’s so worth seeking out. Highly recommended. We stayed in « room 1 » and the terrace was a fantastic surprise. "

"We were able to check in early, which was fantastic, however there was very loud drilling while we were trying to relax in our room. I emailed the concierge asking how long the drilling would continue, but received no reply. We ended up going out 2 hours earlier than planned because the drilling was so disruptive. "

"I traveled with a friend of mine and her 2 teenage daughters. There is construction going on where the hotel is located, so trying to find where the Valet parking was, was quite the challenge since this was our 1sr time in Toronto. The staff at the front desk was friendly. We had a little issue at breakfast with the cleanliness of the drinking glasses. But other than that the food was tasty."
