"Fantastic condo in a quiet part of old town. Walkable to everything including great restaurants, shopping, the library, Little Toots park and Howelson Hill. 1 block off main and free bus. Plenty of room and nice deck overlooking the Yampa river. Great communication and well stocked condo. Will definitely return!"

"We stayed there for a long weekend. The location is outstanding both to the town and walking trails. This is an older hotel and works fine. It is not set up for staying in the room, no couch. No Kerig so you need to go to the lobby to get coffee, but they always had it available. Like most hotels they are using dish TV connection which was intermittent even though the weather was good. You can get onto their wifi and use a computer to login to other TV services. People are great. "
