The room 201 was clean and comfortable with a great walk in shower. Tea and coffee provided, I requested fresh milk which was given with a smile. Walkable to Bywater, railway station and restaurants. Would recommend "

"This is a great place to stay with large, apartment style, rooms in a great location right in the Byward market. Easy access to everything including a 10 minute walk to the parliament buildings. "

Unfortunately the dining room for breakfast could not cope with the large number of coach parties. This was improved over the week, but at the start meant long delays while they were dealt with, and took their time."
