"Terrible stay, we found trash from previous guest in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Called for help , they didnt even send somebody to clean it up. Then they moved us to a second apartment, tv screen was broken. They changed it after 2 days. We got a chance to go back to our countries because we got stranded in miami because of the corona virus, they said they could not refund the days we had left.TERRIBLE DONT SATY HERE"

"Nice place with nice front desk staff and bartender. Someone left their dogs in their room and the dogs were barking like crazy, but the front staff handled it very well, called the owners and there was no more barking. Bathroom was big (I had a two queen bed room) and the balcony was nice. Lots of city sounds and construction to watch. Walked the area, took the bus to south beach. Great location "

"OK room, but a bit pricey. Issues with bathroom: toilet had garbage inside when we got in, some supplies were damaged, and one cannot turn the shower on without getting wet, and since it takes time for the hot water to come, it was not pleasant. The hotel is a bit remote from the fun downtown attractions."
