"A dresser for folded clothes would have been great. Otherwise, the hotel was superb. Nice breakfast and dinner dessert choices as well as many nearby restaurant choices. Within walking distance of the historic town center and a taxi outside hotel if needed. Beautiful decor and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Guadalajara and at Hotel Morales."

"It’s a historic hotel. The lobby is nice and the rooftop deck is fantastic. The rooms, however, are so drab and unadorned that they feel depressing, all brown and beige. The bed was comfortable. Several lightbulbs didn’t work, ditto for the hair dryer. It feels like it would take very little money and imagination to make the rooms warmer and more inviting. All in all, I think it’s worth it for the location."
