"This hotel, Fairfield Inn & Suites Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor, transformed ALL ROOMS to a "battered woman's shelter" and a security officer stated we should have been notified by the hotel and agencies involved. After a 2-hour drive, I had to find accommodations for 2 days on our phone. I receive confirmation emails from Hotels.com. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL !!!"

"Hotel was very clean and the staff were so nice. The front desk lady was amazing...so nice and friendly. She even helped me with ordering food! Perfect and worth every penny if going to a baseball game. Highly recommend "

"Very quiet, cute building in a great location. I got a corner room with fabulous views of the city on two sides. The spiral staircase alone is worth the stay. Staff was friendly and low-key. The only downside was one of the bedside lamps didn't work, the floorboards near the bathroom had warped a touch, and some of the fixtures were loose like the towel rack. But honestly I have to really dig deep to think of a problem. Great little spot."

"Breakfast ended at 9am, which wasnt communicated when we checked in. Assumed it would be 10am (as it was with the 2 other hotels we visited on this trip), but it wasnt :( Parking was also very expensive and the “in and out” hotel privilege was only for valet. Ended up paying almost $60 for 1 night "

"I have been staying at the Kimpton Monaco for years now. Rooms are comfortable and the spa tub is a big plus. The staff is friendly. The location is excellent for visiting downtown. Will likely return next year."
