“Great place for families”

“I am a traveler and I'm not a picky person when it comes to hotels but i know how to rate them because I truly understand what is expected depending on the situation. That being said this place is a wonderful vacation spot. Perfect for what you should want in a "hotel". These are 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom houses with a kitchen. There a fold up bed outside the bedroom for guest. Washer and Dryer. Clean, fancy, hardwood floors, private and Very spacious. This place is not really for solo travelers……

“Was a great location and the house did serve our large group well. The only thing I would suggest would be an option for a laundry service for towels and sheets. Some of us traveled from Hawaii and CA. Providing our own was a negative. I have never had to supply linens when renting thru VRBO”

“Had a wonderful girls weekend at this home. It was clean with amazing views and very close access to the beach. It was a cold weekend but we could sit in the living room and watch the waves which was nice. Everything was as stated and our host was awesome. He checked on us when we arrived and took the trouble to send us ideas for dining. Hoping to stay again maybe in September. It’s a 10 !”

“It’s a hidden getaway. Place is right on the water in a pleasant little drive. Neighbors are all very friendly the house has got character. We liked so much we asked if we could extend our stay one more day. Thanks Alex”

“We really liked this condo, the location and communication with the host were great. Only down side was having to bring our own sheets, towels/facecloths etc. It was a hassle that a vacation doesn’t need!”

“Perfect little get away for two”

“The house was pretty much perfect. Great location. The boardwalk and beach were walkable for our family as we only go to 8th St on the boards. There is everything you need there beach towels, shower towels, bikes, and beach chairs. The window AC units really cooled the house down. Multiple TVs allowed for college football and cartoons. The only things I wouldn’t recommend the place with small active babies unless you have multiple adults to keep an eye out. There is a set of steep only stairs……

“Our daughter and her teammates family played in an AAU tournament. We rented it out because it looked great online and was close to where the girls were playing. We rented the house for the weekend and everyone enjoyed their stay. It was clean and well kept. There are a lot of amenities near by. I would recommend this house as it was great for us.”

“My wife and I enjoyed our mini-vacation anniversary getaway at The Surf! Although it was self-service, they were available by phone to resend my code. We definitely would stay again, and if I had to make one suggestion, it would be a stronger WiFi because we were not able to watch tv without frequent buffering. Other than that, we definitely enjoyed ourselves.”

“The apartment was spacious and comfortable. You could actually cook in the kitchen because it was well equipped. We liked having some outdoor space to sit and relax.”
