"Newly remodeled property expanding on one side, my room was clean and comfortable, small but just what I needed for the night before my early flight. My only complaint is that the property is noisy, the doors of the adjacent rooms make a hard noise every time they were closed, waking me up several times, and I also can hear some hallway conversations. "Great hotel, high quality in almost everything. The surrounding area was a little iffy but other than that it fit perfectly for us. The free parking is great but complicated having to move cars around. Yet, it is a great addition if you are travelling by car. They did not take cards and they did not let me prepay. That is a problem, for we had to give them some of our exchanged pesos."

"I have stayed at a few other comparable hotels in Centro. This by far is the best option. The location is great not only because it's close to the historic district, but also because it's one block back off the main road making it way more quiet than the other similar hotels. The staff here is accommodating, welcoming, and responsive. The one thing that could be improved would be adding small refrigerators in the rooms. It was 38°c outside and would be nice to be able to come back to some cold...
