“The owner of this hotel is very enthusiastic. When he heard that I was in Vancouver for the first time and brought three luggage and a schoolbag to the airport in the evening, when I had some difficulties, he drove to the airport to pick me up in the rain. The next day breakfast at that time, the boss personally went to the kitchen to make delicious meals for the tenants, which moved me. Although I haven't stayed in the hotel for a long time, only one night, I still impressed.”

“洗手间马桶抽水是坏的，冲完水不复位，半夜我小孩上完洗手间冲完水，按钮不复位，马桶的水就一直在放流，而且声音很响，直接给我吵醒了，刚到加拿大，倒时差中，后面就没睡着了。”

“We had a wonderful stay here on our short trip to Vancouver. Excellent location, walking distance to harbour and beach, as well as downtown. Beautiful home, immaculate rooms, delicious breakfast (one of best we ever had) and such friendly staff. A really lovely place to stay.”

“I spent the week at David's listing and could not have been happier with the accommodations. The location was very close to the airport and the check-in instructions were simple and straightforward. David provides a number combination on the touch keypad for entry and each room is provided with its own key for renter security. The room was very clean and comes with free wifi, RokuTV, a desk, full bathroom, and clean linens. Looking forward to staying here next time I find myself in the Vancouver……

“The view of the river from my room's covered balcony was delightful. It was the perfect place to drink my tea in the morning. The owners are friendly and helpful and talking with the other guests about their plans was a fun way to learn more about the area.”

“Great location, beautiful home. Really nice rooms. The host Dwayne, was really friendly and cooked us an amazing breakfast. There were other guests there but we didnt hear or see them until we were leaving, so privacy was not an issue at all. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“Power was out when we arrived so no internet! Could not contact owners as they are not on site! We opened door and it smelled horribly musty! It was midnight so we stayed. Next morning power back on and the place was filthy—really hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived! Per on bathroom floor, dirt everywhere! We could not get ahold of owner, nor could hotels.com (we booked thru them). Got ahold of them finally and they told me they would work on a refund. So far—I got nothing! I don’t mind……

“This was a very nice place to stay! Walkable to the harbor and many restaurants and breweries. I felt very safe in the area. Just know Vancouver is very hilly and this BnB has about 15 stairs to get to the house. Very welcoming host - made you feel right at home and very helpful. ”

“The suite itself was very nicely done, spacious and clean. I didn't receive notification of the lock box combination but the man who answered the main house door was very helpful. The numbers on the lock box were very difficult to see (even in daylight) and so were the correct positions of the dial combination numbers. A push button lock box would be far easier to use. The property address is very hard to see (and impossible at night). Also, the property is on a very busy road so it is difficult……
