"Besides the remote needing batteries in the room my children slept in and the showerhead in the basement, everything was nice. No stress.The kids were sad that they couldn’t watch tv. It would’ve been nice if we knew where the AAA batteries were so we could’ve changed it ourselves. We had plenty of space. Rules were simple. Close to Grand River. Would stay again."

"This property is very spacious, and located in a very nice neighborhood, not too far from the highway to access downtown lansing! The house was very clean, beds were comfy, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog!! Highly recommended."

"We traveled to Lansing to attend our daughter's white coat ceremony at MSU. We needed a place that would be close to the university and that could accommodate our family of adults. This checked all the boxes then some! I chose it because it provided opportunities to play and create memories with the pool table, darts, the hot tub. It was perfect. Brent was always quick to answer any questions and was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to visit Lansing."

"The cottage was beautiful, clean and peaceful. Our girls weekend was filled with fun and recharging. The beds were very comfortable. We had fun making pasta and painting together at the large kitchen table. Our last night we enjoyed a couple hours at the large fire pit talking and looking at the stars. Would absolutely plan another girls trip here!"

"It was a great place great location parking was a small issue. Didn’t need to be super clean but the bottom of the fridge and bottom of the garbage cans are very very dirty. Also there was no apron and no aluminum foil or saran wrap I’m not sure maybe we should’ve brought our own. "We came out to the land for Memorial Day. There were 10 of us which the property easily housed in comfort. The property is in a great secluded location, and the house is clean and well maintained. The lakeside amenities were fantastic, and all around we just had a great time. We’ll definitely be trying to come back."

"I stayed here during a recent work trip to Lansing. What an incredible property. The view when you park is lovely. Wonderful outdoor space if you’re traveling with friends. The inside is impeccably maintained and decorated. There is a lovely walkway by the river for morning or afternoon walks. Location makes it easy to access anywhere in the Lansing area and beyond. "We stayed there over MSU graduation weekend. Since we only needed to relax and sleep there, this property really fit the bill. The owner is very responsive and friendly. There is a full eat in kitchen that is stocked with essentials. Linens and towels are clean, very soft and comfortable... It is well water, so bring bottled water. My husband liked the shower, but it did release the sulfuric smell... It is a really great value for your money. We were very pleased with our stay."

"Property exactly as listed. I didn't see it mentioned in previous reviews so I'll mention how comfortable the beds were. So important for a great stay! And it was close to everything we needed MSU, shopping, and parks. The host was very thoughtful.
