Home Away from Home in the Mountains
Beautiful home right in the middle of all the activities offered in Sky Valley. You can hear the lovely chimes at night and see a great mountain view from your front porch. You're a walk away from some beautiful waterfalls. It was a great place to have our family together for the holidays! It had all our cooking needs and was very warm and cozy. I can't say enough about the wonderful time all of our family had while we were there!

I had the privilege of staying at this stunning 4-bedroom home in Sky Valley, Georgia, and I couldn't wait to share my experience. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this place was something truly special. Here are reasons why you should consider booking your next getaway here: Outstanding Views: The views from this home are absolutely breathtaking! Nestled in the mountains, you'll wake up to panoramic vistas that will leave you speechless. Immaculately Clean: The house was spotless upon our arrival, which immediately put us at ease and allowed us to fully relax. Fully Equipped: This home truly had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. From a well-stocked kitchen to cozy blankets for chilly evenings, they've thought of it all. Cozy Fireplace: There's nothing quite like curling up in front of a warm fireplace after a day of exploring. The ambiance it adds is simply magical. Luxurious Whirlpool Tub: The whirlpool tub in the master bathroom was a delightful surprise. It was perfect for unwinding and taking in the serene surroundings. Another great stay
This was our second time staying at this property and it is one of our favorite in Sky Valley. It works great for our family of 5 - clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It is on what is probably the busiest crossroads in Sky Valley so if you are looking for quiet it might not be the best option but we enjoy watching the action and being able to walk to the pool, tennis courts and weight room. The property manager also called us on the day of arrival to let us know we could checkin early - I really appreciated that.

Simply Beautiful
Great property, Great location, and Perfect weather. Tried out Sky Valley to see if it might be a place to escape the Summer heat of Florida. Beat all expectations and we will be back in Sky Valley next year. Only major negative that nearly stopped us from coming back is not being able to eat or socialize at clubhouse. Members only, No to renters, Really makes us feel 2nd class. Overlooking this issue for one more visit because it is a beautifull area. Do not know past that.

Great location
Property was fantastic and you cannot beat the location. We were there on a golf weekend so being near the clubhouse was amazing. We actually just parked the car and walked back and forth to the course. Perfect spot!

Some house issues
Hello, there were some issues that I would like you to know about. - Light in shower upstairs kept going out, had to take shower in dark. Mark came and replaced light bulbs half way through week. -Grill had lots of wires from last brush, could only cook in center where we cleaned, cooked meat a little at a time. Mark brought new brush later in week (after we were done grilling). -Toilet in powder room did not flush without lifting tank cover and pulling chain. Mark fixed half way through. -Could not get the broiler to work on oven. The gas came on but not the broiler. Never told Mark about it.

Relaxing getaway
Three of us headed to Sky Valley to escape the stress of work, enjoy the surroundings and have a little retail therapy! This home is lovely. It has everything you could possibly need, and then some! The house and grounds were immaculate, furniture very comfortable, and the front porch is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon libation while taking in the beautiful views. And after sunset, the back porch offers more time outdoors for dinner or charchuterie fixings or simply a game of cards. The owners and property manager were delightful and helpful and I am already looking at other dates for a return trip!

No Water for 4 days
I know it wasn't the property owner's fault, and we have stayed at this location before, but Sky Valley had a water outage for 3 and 1/2 days. No water at all. We had to buy water to flush the toilets and no showers. It is truly a beautiful home and the views are spectacular.

Beautiful home and property
We stayed 4 nights at this property with our adult son and two dogs. Very spacious and well appointed. Some quirks included Berber carpets throughout which seem to have been soiled previously. The heating is not zoned leaving hot and cold areas in home. Light switches are oddly placed. Rules for checkout were somewhat heavy handed for guests

Peace in the Valley
Sky Valley Retreat offered a peaceful atmosphere that included a lovely view overlooking the Sky Valley Golf Course. A covered back patio is perfect for that morning cup of coffee or grilling out. The front porch was welcoming and comfortable and perfect for reading and viewing the stars at night. There is ample sleeping space for a large family or a family gathering. I highly recommend this property if you enjoy mountain views, golfing, hiking, and time with family.

Majestic Mountain Getaway
Our stay in sky valley was amazing. The property was clean and we had everything we needed. Communication with property manager was very good. The location is perfect with easy access to the highlands dillard and clayton. Last but not least the view from the front porch was priceless. Will definitely be staying at this property again in the future

Center of Sky Valley
We have visited Sky Valley since 2014 and this is one of our favorite homes. The layout was great for our family of 5 with the kids taking over the upstairs. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a king bed. If you’re looking for a super quiet mountain home this might not be the best option as it sits right at the “busiest” intersection in Sky Valley. We loved sitting on the front porch and watching the action. It is also directly across from the enterance to the pool/fitness center/tennis courts so it was great to be able to walk. We really enjoyed our stay!
