"We really enjoyed our stay at this renovated beach cottage. It features a comfy bed, several seating areas, a beautiful kitchen, awesome bathrooms and a nice dining space. The backyard is cozy with pretty landscaping, a fire pit, patio seating, a grill and a dining area with lights. The bonus: it's located 10 houses from a private beach! "This clean and cozy cottage is close to the beach, the bars, the brewery, the restaurants. If you want to walk out to watch the sunrise in the morning, have coffee in the quiet of a classic beach cottage, and then wander the wonders of Dewey--or Rehoboth and Cape Henlopen just minutes north by car--this is a great spot to do it from."

"Very nice house just far enough away from the bustle of Dewey to be quiet but close enough to Dewey for a great night out and a short walk home. Hot tub is very roomy and the backyard monster screened in porch is amazing on a nice night. If we ever find ourselves ba k in Dewey for another lacrosse tournament at DE Sports Comllex, we will definitely rent this place again. Just note that linens and towels are not included in this rental but everything else is fully stocked."

"Great set up when traveling with a couple of families as each unit has a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Joining doors allow you to connect the 2 units and also offers privacy when needed. Maria the owner was awesome. She was very informative and helped us to manuvere the weekend as we didn't realize it was the Dewey goes Pink walk. She even offered us a parking spot at another property so that we would have access to our car that Saturday."

"My wife and I got married at Baywood in Milsboro and stayed at this property over the weekend of our wedding with family and friends. It was an absolutely perfect location for the group. We were able to walk to the beach each morning, there are plenty of food options around, and the starboard is less than a block away! The house itself was amazing. Host very responsive and his goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible. House stocked with all essentials. Host sent a credit back for a missing item, which was not necessary, but appreciated that he even took the time to acknowledge. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay!"
