The only issue was the bathroom was extremely small and the toilet was very low. I heard they will be remodeling hopefully. Would love to go back.

Can't beat the oceanfront location. Walkable to restaurants and bars, good breakfast. Tv didn't work well. We were told that the whole hotel will be renovated in the fall.

Only place I stay when I come to Delaware, great place on the beach staff is super friendly it’s quiet, I highly recommend staying here whenever in the Dewey beach/ Rehoboth Beach area

They have a nice breakfast with small quiches, sweets and burritos, coffee, tea, cereal and berries.
At 6pm they have wine and cheese and crackers.
We really enjoyed the place. The only drawback is there is no elevator,but it is just behind a dune which makes it nice.
