Perfect for any long or short term stay. Located in close proximity to Beaumont Hospital, Downtown Royal Oak, and right off Woodward Ave. Enjoy the bar, pool table, poker table, two living rooms, 3 bedrooms, fold out couch, dedicated work space, backyard, and 24/7 customer service. Gorgeous, brand new hardwood floors and immaculately well kept. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher with detergent and cleaning supplies all included.

This was an amazing experience...everything about the location was great!! I would definitely stay here again. The basement was definitely where all the magic happens...looks exactly like the listing and did not disappoint!! Great Stay!!

Home review
The weeds needed removed, grass should be cut, and the outdoor area should be welcoming. Neighbors homes were beautiful and it's a safe location. I liked the kitchen, it did a table with chairs. Two more high chairs for the bar would add a feeling of being with the people in the kitchen. Seating in living room very uncomfortable and unable to control temperature. It was cold. Liked shower size but water temperature was blistering hot. One last thing I asked how close to Pine knob we were located, it's much farther than we were told.

Not pleased with the initial walk through of the location.
Not pleased with the initial walk through of the location. Bedding was stained but management replaced with newly bought bedding. Refrigerator was not cleaned out from previous guests. Instructions for the thermostat should be provided or if temperatures are regulated please advise. Made the best of the stay. Not horrible but not as good as it has the potential to be.

Great communication with Thomas and easy check in. House was clean and had everything we needed. Bar and billiard area in the basement were an added bonus. Stayed as part of a staycation in Royal Oak, short Uber ride in.

Royal Oak Trip
The owner was very attentive and quick to communicate. The property itself was beautiful, and we would love to stay again next time we are in the area. The only complaint we had was the bedding and towels were so coated in other peoples hair that we went out and bought our own before we dared shower. I thought about washing them, but assuming they had been washed prior to our arrival figured the dryer needing to be cleaned was likely the culprit. I highly recommend any property by this owner! It was our first B&B experience and it was wonderful!
