“溫泉池水水質差，水溫不夠熱，池裏有很多樹葉，水池邊不太乾淨。另外，入住cabin不提供被，詢問時要NZD10一張，太貴，不合理。不會再入住。”

“A music concert was held in the garden opposite to the hotel with closure of road outside the hotel during my stay. Hotel operator had in advance communicated with the local police in that hotel guests with car could still drive into hotel garage with exemption. The arrangement was highly appreciated.”

“Nice motel just situated off the busy road but no biggie. Also close to Bayfair Mall and other surrounding shops. Staff very friendly and accommodating and the room also spacious and having the luxury of a smart TV was a bonus as you can use your own device to stream your programs. “I booked a 2 bedroom ocean view apartment. The balcony and view were amazing and worth the money. Fyi, our apartment wasnt really 2 bedroom. There is a curtain dividing the lounge from one of the beds. It could be a bedroom but there is no wall or door. There is an ensuite. There was no list of minibar items, and i saw cans of soda only in the fridge. When we checked out we were told we took a juice and a chocolate bar. We didnt as there was never juice or chocolate in the room. I couldnt prove……
