"El Hotel está muy bonito. La habitación era espaciosa y me gustó mucho que tenga mesa y sillas. TV con opción para servicios de streaming. Aire acondicionado funcionando a la perfección. A pesar de que afuera había mucho ruido, en la habitación no se escuchaba, a menos que abriéramos las ventanas, y aún así era agradable. Muy limpio, lo único malo es que alcancé a ver una cucaracha en el baño. De ahí en fuera todo perfecto. "

"El personal muy amable tanto en el área de recepción, maleteros, meseros y seguridad. El único inconveniente el aire acondicionado del lado de la sala de nuestra habitación no servía. Esos detalles hay q mejorarlos, como comentario constructivo la luminaria de la playa Artisan fundida creo q deberían de arreglarla junto con focos decorativos de los tipis y en ciertas zonas pintura."

"DO NOT RESERVE HERE! If you want to enjoy time for your family don't go there, it does not deserve even one star as a hotel. Dirty with a horrible customer service. You have roaches in your room and a bad bathroom smell and bad maintenance. Old worn out towels, no matches for the stove, broken ceiling fans, a surprise mandatory 1000 MXN deposit; the list goes on. The hotel said that if you reserve with Expedia you get the old building, not the nicer villas across the pool pictured here in...
