“Location and amenities were as expected. The AC did not work properly our entire stay. We reported the issue to the front desk and was told they were working on it. It was never fixed and there was never any follow up. It wasn't pleasant trying to sleep in a luxury resort property without AC. It wasn't just our room, but the indoor dining area was too hot to even enjoy a meal. Overall it was a disappointing experience.”

“Friendly shuttle service around the resort, but it takes awhile for them to get to you. Lots of walking, otherwise. I was at the top, and my view was marvelous. No pop machines or anything like that, so be prepared, lol.”

“its not full inclusive no vip room no café for expresso less everything no wet bar in room no room service we didn't have tissue in room I could keep going but the employees awesome the place awesome the bed awesome all inclusive NOT AWESOME”

“The facility of this hotel is old. Other than that, it’s location is good, close to the ferry dock and many restaurants.”

“This place is a hidden gem! I came solo to celebrate my birthday and it was an absolute pleasure. The bar has a new owner, so the food is great. The balcony view is amazing. You can leave your screen door open at night to hear the ocean waves(it’s safe). Chance is the best bartender lol. The beach is rocky but get some beach shoes(you’ll be ok). Breakfast is included(real cooked breakfast food). The resort has snorkeling gear& kayaking for the guest.Friday nights are Caribbean night at the……
