“Great property friendly staff with beautiful landscape. Staff went above and beyond with anything we asked for and always have a smile and never heard the word NO well we were there. Nice beach always open palapa to get chairs. We swam with turtles in front of the property everyday as well as seeing plenty of fish. Worth getting the preferred club. Room was clean and updated with great amendments. Had plenty of food options and portions were good. We have stayed at dozens of adults only……

“This hotel is perfect for relaxation. We stayed in the jungle pool room. It was beautifully designed, very clean, the bed was SO comfortable, and the air conditioning was always on and easy to control. The grounds were just gorgeous and quickly felt like home! Furthermore, the restaurant... I can't say enough... it was my favorite meal and cocktail experience in Tulum (and we ate everywhere, Nomade, BeTulum, Hartwood, etc.)! “Just spent 6 days at Be Tulum and it was fantastic. The staff are friendly and every attentive and the hotel was immaculately well kept, even with the seaweed that is in season right now. Concierge service was great (ours was July and she took care of everything). Food was great too, and the atmosphere magical. Highly recommend! ”
