“First time at an all-inclusive and TRS Yucatan did not disappoint!”

“Second time at this resort. Food and service were excellent, but they did not provide the same level of service we had received the first time. Non vacation club members (like us) were left feeling like the value of our dollar was less. The sales pitch upon arrival watered down our arrival experience.”

“lets just start with one word, STAFF!!!I have never stayed at any resort anywhere in the world with such an amazing staff, this was my first time and definitley will be back because of them, is it everything ?no , what can be worked in is the beach loungers , they are horrible and old , need to be more comfortable on that beautiful beach, second the pools need some work , and lastley the food at breakfast was not good , always look forwars to breakfast and had to settle with pbandj sandwich ,……

“This resort is superb!!! We got married at the resort and spent the rest of the week on site. There are enough food and beverages so that you never have to leave property. So many pools we did not even make it to all of them. There is plenty of stuff so that you never want or need for anything. ”

“This property was beautiful. It was a little jungle oasis. The rooftop pool and bar was very nice and had a good chill vibes. My only issue with the property was that that the air conditioning in the room didnt work very well so my sleep was not great due to being hot. the staff was very helpful with all our questions telling us places to go around town and helping us a find a nice beach club. ”

“Beautiful secluded property with amazing food and amenities. Most of the staff was extremely kind and attentive. I have two downsizes however that stopped me from giving 5 stars. The power went in and out and we had no A/C 2 out of 3 nights stay and even though it wasn't the resorts fault I think they could have offered something for inconvenience of having two nights of uncomfortable sleep (ie partial room refund, free menu item etc). Also some of the dinner staff just stays on their phones……
