"I liked the privacy and seclusion which made it peaceful and relaxing. The property itself is marvelous and they pay attention to every detail. Food and service were excellent I did not like the condition of the road leading into and around the resort. Very rugged and in disrepair. Very poor for driving since the roads are so narrow."

"My husband and I spent our 25th anniversary here and couldn't have enjoyed it more, other than staying longer! We traveled around the whole island, visiting amazing cove after amazing cove. The people are very friendly and I was amazed at how clean the beaches were and not many stray animals, which always makes me sad on vacation. Thank you for an amazing cottage and vacation!!"

"Loved the property/location! 5 min drive to the beach at Brewers Bay. Great outside space at the house with amazing views- particularly sunset! Tom was a great host- our plane in was late and he was great about meeting us later to take us up to the house. We like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped! Pool was awesome as well! Easy to get into Road Town for provisions/shopping. Perfect location if you like quiet and peaceful!"

"We just returned from a week at Pelican Peak and had a wonderful time. Lynn was amazing and the home had everything we could need for our stay. Sitting on the porch or swimming and being able to take in the amazing views was wonderful. The drive up to the house a bit challenging, but very worth it!"
