"Good stay generally. The hotels doesn’t have many amenities. I booked last minute and got 50% off which I think was good value. I wouldn’t pay full price. The breakfast is ok. Yogurt was super sweet. Why not just have natural unsweetened? Also when I walked in I wasn’t offered anything although there was water, but would have been a nice touch if I was offered a glass a bubbles whilst checking in since it was standing there on the side. "The property was nice and was conveniently located by several eating options. There is a bodega on property with drinks, snacks, etc. However, they are a bit pricey. Check in and out were quick and easy. For the most part the staff was friendly and welcoming. We asked for a refrigerator that we didn’t receive. However, when my husband brought it to their attention, the front desk clerk offered to have it sent up right away. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would stay at the NYLO again. "

"Location was perfect for Texas Frightmare weekend, but the room was tight with no space. Mind you, I said 2 adults and 2 teens. It was unbearable. The AC froze up majority of our nights and sleep was limited. Pool was awesome. Sink was tiny and shower spilled over into the hall. "
