When we walked further back into the property, there were several cottages that were completely run down, needed repairs, weeds growing everywhere, really an eye-sore. On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. My booking said free breakfast which they don't do anymore but he honored it & put a note in our reservation so it wouldn't be an issue at checkout, and it wasn't. "The infinity pools were clean, refreshing and beautiful. The beach was very nice and quiet. I woke up early twice, to watch the sun rise over large hills. Absolutely worth it! My wife and I went with two other couples in May of 2024. I felt like we had the hotel all to our selves. It was awesome! The staff was very polite and accommodating. Next time we plan to take advantage of more complementary activities at the hotel."
