"It was very great stay! We appreciated Louis for helping us get another room when we felt not too comfortable in the first room (had more flies and some lights that didn’t work). Amenities and facilities were basic but overall still great stay because of all the staff that were very accommodating and just had great energy! "

"Very slow check-in due to incompetent staff (and the lack of a proper front desk). Spacious and quiet room, but just OK for the price. No black-out curtains. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Lift does not work. Remote area far from everything. No beach on premises. Bare amenities (just 2 small bars of soap). No hot water."
