"This is our third visit to Saletoga, and we were in the same Villa we had been in the past, which is now looking and feeling tired. Beds were uncomfortable, and small repair jobs needed to be completed, broken fan face (still operational) broken soap shelf detail (still usable). Small detail, toilet roll not replaced on arrival. However clean towels, bedding and room, with air con and small fridge which is always welcome. Unfortunately there was a staff member Sanjay who did not give us the...

"We did have a silent night until the cleaners make noises but we told them it’s too noises outside while we try to take a nap but they answered back with nonsense behavior but my husband told her that he will inform the manager but she said go ahead. Poor service and unpleasant people need to hired people who know how to create people and welcome them with warmth welcome. But I hope this place will be better next time. "

"The staff as always were Super friendly. This is the 2nd stay me and my family have had here. And they never disappoint. It was unfortunate our original room wasn’t available due to renovations. We were then upgraded to a bungalow. Probably wise of them to inform us prior to checking in via phone call."

"Nice hotel near the beach is the only thing that is good. Inexperience staff with minimum English. Not happy with the lack of responsibility taken when checking in. Need to update their policies re-check in."
