"The staff were very welcoming. It was disappointing that our non smoking room wreaked of smoke. The bed was a hard flat mattress and we only got two small pillows. The AC was hit and miss. The size of the room was good and we appreciated having a tub in the bathroom. "

"Everything at the hotel was amazing!!! We were a 4 minute walk to the train station. The only negative I have was that it was an hour train ride to Shabuya. There were restaurants and markets near the hotel which was very convenient as well. We enjoyed our stay here."

"This is a very unique, spa-hotel with amazing things to discover! We had a great time! I will prefix this by saying that if you want a tradition hotel, this might not be for you. Our room was small but comfortable, the bed reminded me more of a ryokan than a western hotel with a small sink and toilet. The shower stations and onsen are where you can bathe, shave and dry your hair. This is a communal onsen. I did wish the towels were newer but overall it didn’t really bother me. We really enjoyed...
