"Well-run hotel with great service and good faciiites overall. Food selection was decent. The suite was amazing, the best I’ve stayed in of any similar tier of resort. Good clean resort, attentive service, lots of smiles. The entertainment was good and we thought the traditional Mexican festival with foot stands and dancers outside in the sandy pavilion was super unique. Overall, we had a great time. "The overall experience was great. One real negative is that the Hilton Cancun had no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. For a big hotel chain not having this service we were quite dissatisfied. As a result, it cost us $98US from the airport to the hotel which is only a 15 min drive...this is ridiculous and was not a very good start to our vacation after arriving. "
