"I’ve traveled to many places but this one stood out for their cleanliness and service. Upon entering Residence Inn Marriott, my family and I was greeted by front desk staff Ms. Marisol. Marisol was very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and caring of our needs. She made our stay here amazing. My mother isn’t mobile and she even gave us recommendations of things we can do with my mom. I understand it’s her job but she was a natural at making us as comfortable as possible. Marisol, my family and I thank you very much for your hospitality. If you are looking for a family friendly place in San Juan check this place out. It’s clean, staff are friendly, breakfast was fresh and the overall property condition was like new. I’m very pleased with my stay. "
