Nice food options and music on specific days Clean Cabins If you have not booked shuttle from the Figline station to this place- you may have a hard time getting a taxi from the station. "The first room we received has not been cleaned because the pillows and blankets were all askew, the second room was a smokers room. The third room had a blanket crusty food on it. The housekeepers walked into our room without knocking wanting to clean it, yet we still had an hour and a half for check out. "We love to stay here when we are in Florence. The location is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious and is served in the most magnificent dining room. Love the place

"What a fun hotel. Eclectic with all kinds of unexpected decor. Restuarant is super as is pastry bar. Its a little hidden away but what an oasis. 10 min walk from station and central florence. Light switches were goofy to figure out at first. If your with kids this would be a blast."

"Our room was very spacious with a big, bright bathroom. Everything was immaculate, and the staff and service were top notch. Even though it's right along the train tracks, it was absolutely silent. The bed was the most comfortable one we had in our month long trip around Italy, and it wasn't even close! There was very secure parking onsite, and half a block from the hotel, you can hop on a tram that takes you right to Santa Maria Novella, or walk there in less than 15 minutes. This was a great stay for us! "
