The non-smoking suite with bedroom and 'living room' with kitchen facilities was a little dated but everything was clean and worked and we enjoyed it. "Stayed for 5 nights at Fraser’s. The location was perfect, stone’s throw away from Namba Station with lots of food and shopping options within walking distance. Appreciate having the washing machine, microwave in the room. Sauna was available by reservation and it was good and private. Breakfast was decent with some nice pastries but could do with more variety. "

"The Hotel is near a train station, and not too far to walk to Shin-Osaka station. The room is small. The major complain I had for this hotel is that we booked our hotel for 10 nights with breakfast at Hotels.com, but when we are going to check-in they only gave us 1 day free breakfast since they're policy is 1 day free on each stay (regardless how long it will be). So for the whole 10 days of stay we were able to get 1 free breakfast.If you want to take there breakfast you have to pay."
