"Property is a bit dated, but clean, quiet, and suited our needs. I was surprised that our room had no microwave ( I went out and bought an electric kettle for my nightly Tea). "It was run down and dirty. Nasty carpet, uncomfortable beds, wires all over the ceiling. Towel rack was busted in the bathroom, linoleum floor was coming up, dirty shower and ceiling. We had a "kitchenette" but there was no coffee maker or toaster and the dishes were on top of a 2" layer of dust. The creamer and coffee were in the "office" and the creamer was curdled. There was one room key and there was no maid service. We had to ask for clean towels and take out our own trash every day. We...

"Staff was wonderful, very polite, helpful and very accommodating. The hotel is older and could benefit from some renovations, but overall, it is a good hotel. It is clean and fairly comfortable. "

"After the eclipse we were caught in the worst traffic I have ever seen. At one point, on an interstate highway, in one hour forty minutes we made less than 10 miles. It became apparent that we could not get the the Rodeway Inn before the scheduled closing of the office at midnight. We called ahead, and the clerk remained on duty until we arrived at about 12:10AM. I could not explain how grateful we were."
