I walked everywhere from this location. Especially around the corner for coffee. And another quick walk for the best frites that I had during my entire 2 weeks. The Dylan is special. What we loved about the hotel: very friendly staff, quick walk to the Nine Streets area, delicious breakfast each morning (I will miss the coffee machine), helpful front desk staff - particularly with arranging a taxi so we could get to the train station. We 3 stayed in a room and had enough space to walk around the room and keep suitcases on the floor. If my friends were asking for hotel...
