"I have just stayed for 1 month at Villa Alexandra for the 2nd time. We were a family of 8 with 5 children 11-16 the villa never seems crowded has a table tennis which went down a treat and the pool area is very private compared to other villas in the area. 10 minutes walk to Hisaranu and a bus (15p) or taxi ride £3 to the beach which takes 5 mins to Oludinez. "There were multiple problems with this hotel and if I could get a refund I would request it. First, upon check in the staff didnt offer guidance for what is included or not. Second, the food made us sick and we didnt eat at the included meals. Third, the staff hardly cleaned the rooms. It was disgusting. Finally, we checked out 4 days early because they charged us $100 dollars to clean 2 small bags of laundry."

"Loved this resort, great for families. Everyone was very nice and there are many activities here for people of all ages and backgrounds. The property itself is gorgeous and when I went in May there were plenty of umbrellas on the beach. The only thing that I had a bad experience with was making dinner reservations for the evening meals. I stayed 2 nights and neither night had any openings. If I had known this ahead of time, I would have made reservations 1 week ago prior to arrival. A simple email or message from guest services about making these bookings ahead of time would have been sufficient. "
