We had to get another room just be comfortable, we decided on the room next door, the room was named “Maty” but the lock didn’t work properly and the staff didn’t tell us until we asked. The person on duty said “ oh yeah you have to lift the door a little so the lock can catch “ . I don’t mind an occasional house pet, but the cats that congregate at night and meow ALL NIGHT.. "Beautiful grand old house turned into a hotel, right on the Zocalo. Good service and nice units... Extended our stay for about a week in total. Location couldn't be better."

"The staff was excellent! We arrived very early they did open the front door for us, made us feel safe. We traveled with a group, they did have one room available so we waited in my room. The room was nice however the bathroom is not very well designed. The shower water pours out to the toilet a lot.! Also they are struck on no stains on anything or they’ll charge you, and with kids that’s very stressful. We stayed one week and the complementary breakfast was the same very day. "
