"When I arrived there was some construction going on in my booked room on the property. So, the reception upgraded me into an executive room because it was there fault. I also had some boxes that I needed to take to Auckland and I did not want to keep them in my car while visiting customers in Hamilton. So, I asked the reception to keep those big boxes with them for two days until I leave the Motel on Friday. They allowed me to do that. Excellent customer service."

Staff really helpful, took us to the door to showed us how to use entry lock, then took us upstairs explaining things on the way. Also found an extension lead for us to be able to use the heater.
