“住宿的位置离太阳城五公里左右，房间很干净，就是我们的房间外面的地面上和桌子椅子包括墙面上都有很多的蚂蚁和叫不出名字的虫子，服务员过来看下之后对我说这些虫子爬不到落地窗上吧，之后他们说扫一下或者喷药，那里就有个蚂蚁窝，第二天好些可以坐在外面了，除了这个不太满意其他的都可以”

Branda is helpful.Our ranger Clifton has sense of humor.The kids like them.Nevermind is patient and helpful too.Clifton and Nevermind tried their best to let us to see animals as many as they can. “Tudo perfeito. 11/10. Limpeza impecável, quarto limpo 2x por dia, comida o dia inteiro (basicamente de 2 em 2 horas) e de excelente qualidade, além de uma carta de vinhos extensa. O staff era realmente sensacional, todos muito solícitos, simpáticos e educados. Os game drives são muito bons, vimos todos os big 5 no primeiro dia e gostaríamos de destacar que os rangers Themba e Kenneth são os melhores, fomos maravilhosamente bem recebidos e guiados por eles durante a nossa viagem e não voltaríamos……

“The staff at the hotel were very friendly, but a bit unprofessional, just need a little more training, then the room itself was dirty, the floor was very dirty and the walls of the shower, both had mud marks everywhere like it hadn't been mopped or cleaned (Only our bed was fresh), and the shower water smelt terrible, not sure if you using borehole water or what the issue was but smelt disgusting, the hallway outside the room also smelt the same, and the hot water served with our tea at the……

“Our entire stay here was fantastic! The staff is all very welcoming and you feel like you are family while staying here. There are 5 rooms, so it is quiet and quaint. We really enjoyed the 2 game drives per day with very skilled and knowledgeable guides and trackers. The meals were all fantastic. “This was the best stay, wildly above and beyond my expectations which were already high. The entire staff was incredibly nice, professional and accommodating. Just to name a few, Morgan, Rosetta, Joyce, Rosetta, Poppy as GM, Lucia, Evelyn and Many, Many more including housekeeping and maintenance, were just top notch at what they do. Herman as a ranger was just so much fun, so professional and knowledgeable. You can tell the park cares so much about conservation while the lodge cares so much……

“Gostei , o quarto é simples , banheiro simples, atendimento muito bom , Safari é muito bom , tem bastante animais na reserva sendo possível ver o big 5 em apenas 2 games, indico guia jhonsson. Restaurante é bom e atendimento também. Jantar é em um restaurante anexo com cultura local. Animais soltos pelo pátio , como “pumbas”, jabutis e impalas traz uma energia boa. As cheetas domesticadas que aparecem nos comentários não estão mais no Hotel. Me atraiu esse ponto , porém ao chegar lá já avisaram……

Compramos sistema all inclusive mas nem imaginamos os pratos serem escolhidos e parecia feito por chefs, o menu mudava todo dia porém podia pedir o que quisesse que faziam, sobre instalações tudo perfeito, limpo, organizado e pessoal super cordial, simpáticos e prestativos !!! Nota 11 para o Safari e os 2 que dirigia e acompanhava pois fizeram tudo para que tivéssemos a melhor experiência e……
